types of coaching
Group Coaching v Team Coaching v Executive Coaching
Group coaching is a method of learning where one coach supports a group of people who are seeking to improve certain development areas, behaviours or outcomes. The coach creates a psychologically safe environment where participants can talk, share goals, ideas and learning, discover new ways of working and support each other.
Unlike ‘team coaching’ where all participants are part of the same team, group coaching participants don’t work together in their daily roles. The focus is also on improving the individual rather than the team’s overall performance.
The benefits
For organisations, group coaching programmes can be highly cost effective as it allows the business to develop several individuals at one time rather than only focussing on one-to-one coaching sessions.
For individuals, they benefit not only through achieving their goals, and developing themselves, but also learn from the discussions of other participants in a collective learning experience.

In house group coaching programmes
Developing your employees through group coaching
Our in house group coaching programmes are bespoke to each organisation, and usually integrate with a leadership or talent development programme. The programme would use group coaching as a mechanism for development.
The aim of a group coaching programme is to develop the behaviours or skills of the group members. We would work with you to understand your development needs, and design a programme to achieve your objectives, as with any other leadership development programme.
